How do I send a customer statement?

If you want to send a customer a statement of their unpaid invoices you can do this through Commusoft.

 

  1. Search for the customer,

  2. Click View on the customer,

  3. Then click Quicklinks

  4. Then click Send statement and wait for the PDF to generate

  5. You can select whether to group the statement by the job contact 
  6. Click Email or Print at the bottom of the page to send the statement in the required method.

Please note there is a 16mb limitation on attached invoices
