You can reorder the list of on hold reasons that appear in the drop down list. This is particularly useful if you tend to work with the same on hold reasons over and over again and you want those on hold reasons at the top of the list.

- Click on the settings icon in the top right corner and click System settings
- In the list of jobs click On hold reasons
- You will see a form on the left hand side and a list of existing on hold descriptions on the right hand side
- Simply click, drag, and drop the on hold descriptions to reorder them. If you want to move an on hold description from page 2 to the top of the list, then change the number of on hold descriptions showing per page to 10 or more (depending on how many on hold descriptions you have)
