Add a work address

A work address is an address that a customer owns. This can be an estate agent/company with multiple properties, or a private customer with several addresses. You may need to add more work addresses to a customer.

  1. Search for the customer you would like to add a work address to

  2. Click on the customer name to open their account. Navigate using the tabs across the top. Click Work address

  3. You will see a list of work addresses owned by this customer. Click Add new work address in the top right corner

  4. Fill in the relevant information. If you don't insert a surname into this form Commusoft will automatically call this work address 'Occupier'.

    Click Add work address when you are happy with the information you have entered.
