Delete an appliance

You can delete an appliance listed to a customer if someone has made a mistake, or it is no longer applicable. Please note that once you have deleted this appliance you cannot revert this action. You will need to add it again.

  1. Search for the customer you would like to delete their appliance

  2. Click on the customer name to open their account. Navigate using the tabs across the top. Click Appliances

  3. You will see a page with appliances. Click Delete next to the appliance you wish to remove

  4. To ensure you haven't clicked delete by mistake you will need to type 'delete' into the box and click Delete
